Print securely at any Print Shop using PrintProxy

With PrintProxy, you can send print orders to any Print Shop, including unverified Print Shops. This means more flexibility for you while still keeping your documents protected.

Unverified Print Shops are those that haven’t registered with PrintProxy. They can still receive and process your print orders, 

Find out what happens with your files at a verified shop

Here’s how printing works with Print Shops that aren’t yet registered as verified with PrintProxy:

1. Open the PrintProxy WhatsApp Bot.




2. Ask the Print Shop for the WhatsApp number which they normally use to take print requests.




3. Send that shop’s WhatsApp number to the PrintProxy Bot.

4. The Bot will check and warn you if that is an unverified Print Shop, and show you the benefits of using PrintProxy with unverified Print Shop.

5. You’ll be prompted to send over your files. You can upload up to 5 files. Accepted formats are DOC, DOCX, PDF, Photos(JPEG, PNG).

6. Since the shop is unverified, you won’t get the ability to configure detailed print settings. Instead, you get a summary of the number of files.

7. Review the summary and confirm. Once you confirm, the shop receives the print order.

• The Print Shop receives a secured link on their WhatsApp. 👇

• Once they click on the link, they will see a pop-up prompting them to enter the OTP.👇

• At the same time, you will receive an OTP on your WhatsApp. Share this with the shop.This will enable them to access the files👇

• The shop must enter the OTP to view and print your file(s).

1. Only one OTP is required for accesing the File(s) list
2. Each file can only be viewed once in Print Preview for prinitng. 
3. If the Print Shop closes the print preview window, the  file will be permanently deleted and cannot be accessed/viewed again.
4. Please note that since this is an Unverified Print Shop, we have limited control over the default Print Preview functionality of the browser being used.

• Additionally, the shop owner can download the file, so we advise exercising caution at this stage.

• Pay the shop and collect your printouts.
• Ask the Print Shop to register with PrintProxy for a smoother and more secure process in the future 😊
