How to use PrintProxy with a verified xerox/print shop?

Verified shops are those that have registered with PrintProxy. This unlocks a sophisticated system that ensures these 4 key benefits:

1. Scan the QR code at the shop

• Visit the print shop and scan the QR code displayed.
• The PrintProxy BOT opens in WhatsApp, pre-filled with the shop’s WhatsApp number.
• Simply tap Send to start the process.

• Attach your file(s) when prompted. (Supported formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPEG, PNG)
• Configure print settings: copies, color options, etc. (All orders are OTP-protected.)
• If uploading multiple files (up to 5), choose whether to apply the same settings to all or customize individually.
• After submitting your settings, review the summary. You can Confirm or Cancel the order.
• Upon confirmation, you’ll receive an Order ID. The shop must accept the order before you receive an OTP.
• Share the OTP with the shop to proceed with printing.

📌 Important:

• The shop cannot view your file before printing.
• Ensure your document is properly aligned and readable, as shops cannot preview the file.
• Shops can cancel orders if needed, and you will receive a notification in such cases.

(Use this when you want to send a print request remotely.)

Note: Printing will not be executed remotely—you must be physically present at the shop. However, this allows you to prepare your request in advance, saving time.

• Follow the instructions to attach your files.
• The process is the same as Option 1, ensuring a smooth experience.

After uploading your files, the PrintProxy BOT helps you customize print settings easily:

🔹 Customize each file: Set unique configurations for each file.
🔹 Apply to all: Apply the same settings to all files for a quicker process.

Configuration options:

🔒 OTP (One-Time Password):

• You’ll receive a 6-digit OTP when the shop accepts your order.
• The shop can only proceed with printing once you provide this OTP.
• At no point can the shop view or store your file.

📌 Summary & Confirmation:

• The BOT provides a final summary before you confirm.
• You can review, confirm, or cancel your order.

🆔 Order ID: Once you submit a request, you’ll receive an unique ID to track progress.
📍 Order processing: Get notified when your order is in the print queue.
🔑 Acceptance confirmation: Receive an OTP to initiate printing.
❌ Cancellation: If the shop cancels your order, you’ll be notified.
📴 Shop offline: If the shop is unavailable, the BOT will notify you upfront.

At the summary stage, you’ll see two options:
✅ Confirm: Finalize and send the order to the shop.
❌ Cancel: Discard the order before submission.

📌 Quick cancel tip: You can send "CANCEL" at any stage before confirming the order. Once confirmed, cancellation is not possible.

📌 If you sent the request remotely:

• Visit the shop you selected.
• Follow the steps below.

📌 If you scanned the QR code:

• Go to the shop operator and provide your Order ID.
• The operator verifies and executes your order.
• Review your printouts before leaving.

💰 Payments are handled directly with the shop. PrintProxy does not process payments, but we are working on integrating payment options soon.
